以下の通り、学認連携Moodleでは「共通コース」に限り年度末コースリセットを
2016年3月1日に行います。ご理解ご協力よろしくお願いします。同じアナウンス

学認連携Moodle利用者/機関管理者各位

	共通コースのリセットについて

学認連携Moodleのご利用ありがとうございます。本システムは、eラーニングコ
ンテンツを共有しながらも、受講履歴を利用機関ごとに記録できることが評価さ
れております。 本システムは運用から3年以上が経過し、2015年9月5日現在、
102機関、27,840 名が利用しています。しかしながら、ユーザ数の増加に伴い受
講時のパフォーマンスの問題が指摘されています。この原因は、一般的なLMSの
ように受講者が毎年変わり受講履歴がリセットされることがなく、これまでの全
ユーザの受講履歴を保全していることにあります。

この問題を解決するため、学認連携Moodleでは共通コースに限り「コースのリ
セット」を行います。この結果、共通コースにおけるユーザのアクセス履歴、
受講履歴データが全て削除されます。各機関様におかれましては、下記期日ま
でに該当するデータをダウンロードし保存されるなどの措置をお取りいただきま
すようお願い申し上げます。

GakuNinMoodle end of year arrangements

Dear GakuNinMoodle institute admin/user,

Thank you for using GakuNinMoodle. This system has an advantage that
enables to archive learning logs for each institute. This end of
academic year, ``Common'' courses of GakuNinMoodle will reset to remove
old student data (3 years, 27,840 users at 102 institute!) to take
system performace back. Current institute administrators will need to
take action to endure that they have all the information they need from
GakuNinMoodle before the resets take effect.
