[upki-fed:01032] IdP 3.2.1 へアップデートできません

いつもお世話になっております。エステック伊藤です。

テスト用IdPを 3.1.2 → 3.2.1 へアップデートする作業を行っております。

3.2.1 の install.sh を実行し、 idp.war を ${CATALINA_BASE}/webapps/ へコ
ピーし Tomcat を起動させましたが、IdPが有効になりません。Tomcat の 
catalina.out を調べたところ、こんな内容が記録されていました。

アップデートされた general-authn-system.xml を 3.1.2 の内容に戻しました
が、別のエラーが発生します。

metadata-providers.xml の requireSignedMetadata は requireSignedRoot へ
変更しています。

その他の設定ファイルはそのままの状態です。
attribute-resolver.xml
attribute-filter.xml
idp.properties
ldap.properties

3.2.1 へアップデートが成功した方がいらっしゃいましたら、どこに問題がある
のか教えて頂けないでしょうか？

テスト用IdPの動作環境は以下のとおりです。
・CentOS 6.2
・OpenLDAP 2.4.40
・Apache 2.2.15
・Java 1.7.0
・Tomcat 7.0.64
